Planting Roots

Harvest Wine Bar in Westport offers the Siguenza family legacy’s modern approach to American cuisine with distinct ingredients, seasonal menus and exceptional attention to hospitality.

Executive Chef Gustave Christman III, having come from fine dining establishments, including Todd English’s Olives at the W Hotel in New York City, worked closely with Owners/Siblings Kleber, Nube and Vicente Siguenza to develop the menu. Chef Gustave marries his passion for food and his classical training to innovate while remaining true to Siguenza’s signature style. They have presented the restaurant with a carefully curated wine list. Harvest is known to partner and provide exclusive vintages and a one-of-a-kind wine list from all over the US as well as the world.

Inside Harvest Wine Bar of Westport, guests are whisked from the train platform to the welcoming oasis of the restaurant’s many unique spaces. The distinguished and well-loved history that connects the landmark building is transformed to a modern space through its use of concrete, hand hued reclaimed wood, metal, and glass elements.  The space now boasts an open concept dining room with a large 20 seat bar of solid lacquered wood and a private dining area.
