Molly Elizabeth Healey & Charles Lawson Gilhuly

Food is an integral part of our lives. This is especially true for Molly and Charlie. The two met while working at the same restaurant and have been together ever since. On their one year anniversary, Charlie asked Molly to marry him over huevos rancheros at Rosie in New Canaan. Although he didn’t have a ring at the time, Molly didn’t care, saying that she “knew he was the man I was meant to marry.” The bride’s stepbrother Thomas officiated the ceremony, which took place at the mother of the bride’s home in Weston. A reception in the lush yard followed, where guests enjoyed food trucks and a live band. Molly is the daughter of Susan Anderson of Weston and Christopher Healey of Fairfield. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University. She is the chef and co-owner of the Grateful Food Company in Bridgeport. Charlie is the son of Angela Lawson of Southport and Matthew Gilhuly of Fairfield. He is the manager and co-owner of the Grateful Food Company and the general manager at The Cottage. The couple honeymooned in Vermont before returning to their home in Bridgeport.
